About The Position
Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a driven, outgoing Reconstruction Sales professional to build strong relationships with insurance professionals who influence where restoration work is assigned. This role focuses on relationship sales with a hunter's mentality, where success depends on the ability to connect, engage, follow up, and build trust. The individual will actively build and strengthen relationships with insurance agents and adjusters, becoming a trusted resource. When a reconstruction opportunity arises, the role involves taking ownership of the sales process, including assessing the loss, establishing the scope, securing the project, and transitioning it to production, while working closely with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Comfortable introducing yourself, opening doors, creating connections, and developing relationships from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Proactively build relationships with insurance agents and adjusters.
- Grow and strengthen a network of referral partners.
- Consistently stay in front of your contacts and keep Paul Davis top-of-mind.
- Turn strong professional relationships into reconstruction referrals.
- Respond to reconstruction opportunities and meet with customers following property damage.
- Work with customers and insurance professionals on scope, pricing, expectations, and approvals.
- Secure contracts and successfully transition projects to the production team.
- Maintain communication with customers, adjusters, and Project Managers throughout the project.
- Help ensure projects deliver a great customer experience while meeting profitability expectations.
