About The Position

The Reconstruction Project Manager plans and executes reconstruction projects and ensures high-quality service in dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers. The role manages the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction. The position is with a locally owned and operated SERVPRO franchise and offers a competitive pay rate, opportunities to learn and grow, and the chance to help customers through fire and water damage situations. The stated compensation range represents total target annual compensation, including base salary and commission opportunities; individual earnings vary based on performance, commission achievement, and other applicable factors.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
