About The Position

SERVPRO’s North Arlington Franchise is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring high-quality service for customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers. The role manages the overall customer experience and satisfaction, including educating customers about the process, maintaining communications, securing permits, developing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating subcontractors and resource providers. The position offers a competitive salary with commission opportunities and opportunities to learn and grow.

Requirements

Demonstrated customer service track record.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
Ability to work in challenging situations, meet new people, supervise others, multitask, and routinely exceed expectations.
Physical ability to walk and stand for long periods, drive, sit, climb, climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights.
Ability to work with exposure to extreme conditions such as heat.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration and/or construction.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
