As a Restoration Project Manager, you'll lead reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage events, guiding customers through the recovery process while delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities

  • Manage reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage events
  • Review and confirm project budgets, scopes of work, and work orders before project launch
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and financial performance
  • Track and report project metrics during weekly production meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and vendors
  • Participate in community and networking events to support brand awareness and business growth
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and customer experience
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule
