About The Position

Reconstruction technicians perform all tasks related to producing construction projects. This includes, but is not limited to performing construction tasks, quality control activities, review of job photos and scope sheets, drafting email correspondence, picking up materials and supplies from vendors, scheduling subcontractors & vendors, and managing the customer service experience. This position reports to our Construction Manager. We offer a competitive incentive compensation package for a reconstruction superintendent. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Reconstruction project manager is required
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented remote environment
Able to learn new software, including Restoration Manager and proprietary applications
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Review and validate initial field documentation (photos and scope sheets)
Production of assigned work orders
Maintain internal (Construction Project Manager) and external communications (Customer)
Project planning and execution
Performing construction tasks
Quality control activities
Review of job photos and scope sheets
Drafting email correspondence
Picking up materials and supplies from vendors
Scheduling subcontractors & vendors
Managing the customer service experience
