This role involves managing insurance-related rebuilds for a rapidly expanding national organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, executing approved insurance repair scopes, and ensuring quality workmanship and safety. The position offers a transparent commission structure tied to project profitability and successful close-out, with uncapped earning potential. Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
- Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
- Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
- Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.
