About The Position
Premier Restoration Hawaii helps restore homes and businesses in the event of natural disasters or accidents that cause fire, water, wind or mold damage to a property. Our mission is to get our customer’s lives back to normal as quickly as possible. The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.
Requirements
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer literate to work with our job management software programs
Nice To Haves
- Restoration Experience a Plus!
- 3+ years experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- College Degree
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on reconstruction process
- Identify and document project scope of work
- Review estimates
- Review budgets
- Create project schedule and timeline
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
- Negotiate terms and set expectations
- Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors
- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
- Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Perform final walk-through with customer
