Requirements

  • Proficiency in drywall, paint, insulation, and flooring.
  • Experience in miscellaneous trades.
  • Must be motivated and dependable.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Effective communication proficiency.
  • Solid mathematics skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information/projects.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and/or scaffolding.
  • Must have a clear driving record and a current driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform drywall installation and texturing.
  • Install and remove trim, doors, windows, and insulation.
  • Install cabinets and countertops.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding project progress.
  • Perform putty, caulking, and painting tasks.
  • Install various types of flooring, including tile, laminate, LVT, vinyl, and linoleum.
  • Handle contents manipulation as needed.
  • Perform rot repair.
  • Operate tools and equipment for reconstruction projects.
  • Document project progression with detailed written notes and photos.
  • Ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all tools and equipment for each project.
  • Interact with customers to ensure they understand project progression.
  • Conduct repairs with minimal supervision.
  • Potentially start and lead projects on a case-by-case basis.
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with all personnel.
  • Maintain a clean company van and workspace.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example.
