About The Position
Aaction Home Repairs & Restoration Inc. is Maryland’s trusted name in restoration for over 30 years. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Restoration Project Manager to assist our clients in putting their homes back to pre-loss condition, work with insurance claims, and lead our fire, water, and storm damage repair projects.
Requirements
- Hands-on trade experience (fire, water, mold, demolition)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage scopes of work
Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from beginning to completion
- Lead and coordinate crews and subcontractors
- Work with adjusters, TPA, and Inspectors as needed.
- Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain fiduciary responsibilities.
- Maximize Margins
- Issue resolutions
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
