About The Position

This role involves managing insurance-related rebuild projects for a rapidly expanding national organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, executing repair scopes, tracking change orders, and ensuring quality workmanship and safety. The position offers a competitive salary with project-based commission and opportunities for career advancement into regional management.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.
