Requirements

Restoration experience is a MUST!
Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry
Provide exceptional customer service experiences within every job
Experience working with insurance companies is highly preferred
Great communication skills within and outside the organization
Ability to adapt and be a strategic thinker

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Xactimate is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of customer service
Keep a fluid level of communication with clients while striving to achieve an exceptional experience with customers
Experience in the Restoration field is preferred to maximize success
Having an established list of subcontractors is an ABSOLUTE MUST for the success of the role
Project Management and Scheduling experience is required
Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail
Xactimate preferred but not required
Attend weekly WIP meetings (prepared and well-versed in job details)
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project cost estimation and smooth project execution
Collaborate with insurance adjusters to review and assess property damage claims
Research and source cost-effective materials and services while maintaining high-quality standards
Negotiate any necessary changes or modifications
