About The Position
The Reconstruction Coordinator supports the reconstruction team and project managers with rebuild projects following water, fire, and other property damage. The role helps keep projects moving by maintaining documentation, coordinating project needs, tracking timelines and milestones, and communicating progress. It is a fast-paced position requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple jobs at different stages.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction coordination, construction administration, or restoration project support.
- Xactimate knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with coordination needs from project start to completion.
- Maintain project timelines and help ensure milestones are met.
- Assist with managing job files, project documentation, and tracking systems.
- Help identify scheduling conflicts or project delays early so they can be addressed.
- Track change orders and ensure they are properly documented.
- Assist with project updates for insurance adjusters and internal reporting.
- Provide scheduling updates and progress communication to customers and adjusters.
