Reconstruction Superintendent

SERVPRO of Birmingham North•Tuscaloosa, AL
•$65,000 - $80,000

About The Position

The posting describes a front-line sales and scoping role for SERVPRO reconstruction opportunities, despite the title Reconstruction Superintendent. The role receives qualified opportunities after mitigation handoff, responds to property losses, documents conditions, develops reconstruction scopes, and works with homeowners and insurance adjusters to move opportunities toward signed jobs. It is responsible for converting opportunities, setting clear expectations, and managing scope revisions, supplements, and estimate changes through final invoicing. The role owns the customer, adjuster, scope, and estimate aspects of reconstruction. Daily production execution—including scheduling, subcontractor and materials coordination, workmanship oversight, punch-list management, and final completion—is assigned to the Superintendent. After handoff, this role re-engages when revised scopes, supplements, concealed damage, carrier changes, or customer-approved additions require estimate updates or approval support. The position may be eligible for performance-based compensation tied to revenue production, margin performance, supplement execution, and service-level compliance, subject to company policy.
