About The Position

Our dealership needs a Reconditioning Technician who can transform vehicles from "good" to "WOW!". This full-time position involves inspecting vehicles to identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements. The technician will perform various tasks such as paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs. A key part of the role is cleaning and detailing vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet dealership standards, as well as replacing or repairing worn or damaged parts like trim, molding, and lights. The technician is expected to maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment, assist with vehicle inspections, report on reconditioning progress, and collaborate with the Service and Sales teams to ensure the dealership's lot always looks its best.

Requirements

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bring energy, efficiency, and pride to your work every day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience in detailing, reconditioning, or minor repairs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities
