About The Position

Our dealership needs a Reconditioning Technician who turns “good” into WOW! This role involves inspecting vehicles, performing cosmetic improvements, and ensuring vehicles look brand-new. You will be responsible for paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, scratch repairs, and interior/exterior detailing. The ideal candidate has a passion for cars and can make a vehicle look its best.

Requirements

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bring energy, efficiency, and pride to your work every day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience in detailing, reconditioning, or minor repairs preferred
• Have an eagle eye for detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements
• Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
• Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment
• Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress
• Team up with Service & Sales to make our lot shine
• Other duties as assigned by management
