About The Position
The role of a Reconditioning Technician is vital within our organization. This position involves inspecting and removing electronic gas and brake systems, digitally controlled joystick driving systems, and adaptive equipment from vehicles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Diagnostic experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong electrical and/or automotive wiring skills.
- Proficiency in working with hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions provided in written service orders.
- Remove previously installed adaptive equipment from vehicles.
- Identify and resolve issues with equipment and adaptations.
- Complete all tasks within specified timeframes.
- Ensuring high-quality work that meets company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
