Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.)
  • Strong investigation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to solve problems, curious mindset, take ownership and be accountable
  • Committed to get the job done, collaborative work ethic and win as a team style in a fast-paced environment
  • An innovative thinker who is proactive, is well organized with attention to detail and cares about supporting everyone

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of General Ledger reconciliation processing and Attestation Policy
  • Familiar with RBC applications and products

Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliation day-to-day activities, including investigations, problem-solving, follow-ups, meeting deadlines, providing support, and reporting using various systems and human interactions.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of service provided.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leaders who support development through learning and coaching.
  • Proactively identify issues and challenges to remove obstacles to success.
  • Prioritize activities and reports, adjusting as needed to meet team objectives and client deadlines.
  • Act as a coach and provide guidance to resolve issues.
  • Update documented procedures to enhance the ability to provide outstanding service.
