About The Position

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a Reconciliation Coordinator to support the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCE's Travel Team within the Procurement and Travel department. The purpose of this position is to support the Travel Reconciliation Team by assisting with administrative and clerical duties related to the review and reconciliation of travel-related charges, helping ensure transactions are accurately documented, coded, and processed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work up to 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the option of working up to 40 hours during breaks, based on business needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, as well as internal and external customers

  • Knowledge of office work
  • Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor’s program or master’s program.
  • Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
  • Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
  • Stable internet connection (“Lopes WIFI”) and VPN connection

Responsibilities

  • Calling Vendors for payment authorization and receipts
  • Reconciliation of monthly charges
  • Daily use of job-related tools (SharePoint, Email, Wells Fargo, etc.)
  • Updating Excel Spreadsheets
  • Other duties as assigned
