About The Position

The Recon Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Recon and Machine Shop functions. This role ensures that safety is consistently prioritized in all shop activities and that component rebuild, repair, machining, welding, inspection, and assembly processes are executed with quality, efficiency, and accuracy. This position supports production goals, drives operational excellence, and ensures customer and business expectations are met by delivering dependable, timely, and high-quality rebuilt components.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years’ service-related experience in heavy construction equipment industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to manage and delegate work.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge.
  • Proficient in use of a computer; able to adapt to changing technology.
  • Must regularly lift and/or more up to 70 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership and supervisory experience a plus.
