Responsibilities

Create repair orders for incoming vehicles to determine necessary reconditioning work and estimate costs.
Coordinate with shop foreman, detailers, and parts departments to ensure timely and quality reconditioning of vehicles.
Communicate with sales and management teams to provide updates on vehicle status and availability.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repair orders, and reconditioning schedules.
Manage inventory of supplies and parts needed for reconditioning processes.
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations throughout the reconditioning process.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns related to vehicle reconditioning.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff members in reconditioning procedures and standards.
Work with vendors to get the best pricing for the dealership.
Follow warranty guidelines set forth by the manufacturer.
