About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a Recertification Specialist in Syracuse, NY at Parkside Commons Apartments. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, positive, and self-motivated individual. The Recertification Specialist will be responsible for general correspondence, correspondence with owners and housing agencies, data entry, various reporting, providing support to a select portfolio, and training and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong email and telephone etiquette
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience with affordable housing (tax credit) section 8, & LIHTC
• Prior property management & administrative experience
