Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong email and telephone etiquette
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience with affordable housing, (tax credit) section 8, & LIHTC
• Prior property management & administrative experience
