About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Assistant Community Manager for Parkside Commons in Syracuse, NY. This role requires a passion for property management and a commitment to providing superior customer service to create happy residents. The Assistant Community Manager will support the overall operations of the apartment community, including rent collection, marketing vacant units, and performing various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management (Affordable Housing, Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8)
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Marketing and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
