About The Position

The Receptionist receives clients, customers, and patients into the department. They are responsible for distributing all incoming phone calls, sorting mail, and distributing it appropriately. The role ensures professionalism and timeliness of calls and situations that arise. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • No experience required.
  • Able to write legibly.
  • Able to speak in English with professional quality.
  • Able to use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position.
  • Able to troubleshoot basic office equipment necessary to the position.
