Makes a positive first impression on in-person visitors and telephone callers. Provides valuable useful information to visitors, residents, and employees.

Requirements

Previous Receptionist or Health care setting experience preferred.
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) or attending school preferred.
Basic Computer Skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Creates and maintains an environment that translates the mission of eliseo into actions that are conducive to the maximum well-being of the residents served.
Assures that department services are of appropriate quality and are consistent with eliseo philosophical principles.
Facilitates coordination among all departments & divisions of eliseo in delivery of services.
Ensures consistent action is taken by all employees, volunteers, and visitors to comply with HIPAA security/privacy regulations regarding confidential patient records and information.
Answers and directs incoming telephone calls to the appropriate party or voicemail.
Assists and coordinates with Emergency response procedures for the facility.
Assists with the daily census.
Safely secures work keys and monitors the key sign in/out sheets.
Records employee attendance call-ins and informs corresponding department directors.
Updates oncoming receptionist of activities during your shift.
Operates and updates Maintenance Work Order system.
Brings recommendations and concerns to the Executive Assistant.
