About The Position

Carolina Outreach is seeking a compassionate and skilled Receptionist to join their team full-time. This role is essential to their mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Receptionist with Carolina Outreach, you will assist the company as a whole by answering a multi-line phone, assisting with doctor appointments and charts, and greeting and directing staff and clients. This role performs administrative and office support activities for multiple staff members, handles reception duties, word processing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and database programs, and filing and maintaining client files appropriately. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role and is not intended to include every duty or responsibility that may be required of employees in this position.

Requirements

Completion of a high school diploma
One year of administrative assistant or other administrative office experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Greet and help customers and visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule appointments and meetings
Perform basic office and administrative tasks
Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly attitude
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Schedule and manage appointments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
