Auberle’s Main Campus Receptionist provides the applicable receptionist services for the guests, participants and staff that utilize the main campus facilities daily. This role involves demonstrating high-level communication skills face-to-face, via the phone, and through email. The receptionist will interact with all guests, participants, and staff in a compassionate and professional manner, representing and promoting Auberle professionally. The position requires computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Windows platform. Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills are essential. The ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems, and follow through on assigned tasks is required. Additionally, the receptionist will mentor participants interested in learning about the receptionist role as a potential career opportunity.
