The position involves working part-time with flexibility for additional hours or overtime when required. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and performing clerical duties. The role also includes handling inquiries, participating in team meetings, and adhering to the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Providing exceptional customer service and serving as a role model for staff, clients, and customers is essential. Additional related tasks may be assigned by management.
