The Receptionist serves as the "First Face" of the community, acting as the welcoming host and providing exceptional customer service to every visitor. This role is also the "Go-To Guide" for residents, vendors, guests, and employees, answering or directing questions received in person or by phone. Additionally, the Receptionist acts as an "Exceptional Assistant" to the administrative team, completing assigned tasks and ensuring professional phone call handling.
