We are looking for someone to be the “First Face” of the community. As the first encounter a visitor has with the community, you will serve as the welcoming host, providing exceptional customer service during every interaction. You will be the “Go-To Guide” by answering, or helping find the answer, to any questions received by residents, vendors, guests, or employees, whether in person or by telephone. You will also be an “Exceptional Assistant,” assisting the administrative team in completing any tasks assigned and ensuring that phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
