The Receptionist serves as the "First Face" of the community, acting as the welcoming host and providing exceptional customer service during every interaction. This role is also the "Go-To Guide" for residents, vendors, guests, and employees, answering or assisting in finding answers to questions received in person or by telephone. Additionally, the Receptionist acts as an "Exceptional Assistant" to the administrative team, completing assigned tasks and ensuring phone calls are answered professionally and promptly.
