About The Position

To provide exceptional customer service while pleasantly greeting customers, vendors and guests on the phone or in person. Connecting visitors with appropriate employees and offering refreshments as they wait. Maintain miscellaneous duties, such as cleaning area and administrative support assistance. This is a full-time position that needs availability from Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm, for 40 hours a week.

Requirements

  • Customer facing experience in retail, service industry, or similar
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional customer service attitude
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Works well in a team centered environment
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Effective in a fast-paced workplace
  • Good organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and assisting customers with questions.
  • Welcoming incoming customers and directing them to the appropriate place.
  • Ensuring appropriate employee or a member of staff has made contact with customer in a timely manner.
  • Assisting customer and sales consultants with license plates.
  • Ensuring the showroom and coffee bar are clean and well stocked.
  • Occasional administrative tasks for New Car Managers, including filing and making copies.
