Ford Hyundai of Kirkland is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and customers. As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering a positive dealership experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our dealership. You will greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, assist with administrative duties, and support various departments to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist, customer service, front desk, or administrative experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and dealership information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide support to the Sales, Service, and Administrative teams as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
