About The Position
As a Receptionist/Cashier at Ford of Kirkland, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience, serving as a friendly first point of contact for both in-store guests and callers. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous Reception, Call-Center, or Customer Service experience
- Previous Automotive experience
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing inbound calls
- Assisting customers with updates, service inquiries, and scheduling
- Occasionally processing transactions and cashing out customers
- Providing support across various departments as needed
