The receptionist welcomes, greets, and directs customers in person or on the phone, and provides clerical support or other duties as needed. Serves as the first point of contact for ThedaCare to meet customer needs. Provides clerical support, such as triaging calls, to the appropriate team members. Receives and sorts daily mail, faxes, and e-mails, and distributing as appropriate. Maintains site security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk by monitoring log books and issuing visitor/contractor badges. Maintains room schedule for internal and external customers to ensure rooms are available and set up appropriately. Orders office supplies and keeps inventory of stock.
