About The Position

The Receptionist at our Vineyard Community Center is a full-time position that plays a key role in ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests whether in person, on the phone or through electronic communications. Working closely with the Community Engagement Manager, they will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, instructors, and program participants through effective communication, information, connection, compassion and care. They will utilize skills in telephonic, face-to-face & electronic communication to a diverse population. They will use computer programs & systems for ministry support, hospitality, and safety and security. This is an exciting opportunity to invest in ministry through direct connection and relationship to our community and congregation throughout the week!

Nice To Haves

  • Previous professional experience in reception and/or customer service, administrative support preferred.
  • Language skills in Spanish and/or French.
