About The Position

Holman Lincoln has an outstanding opportunity for a Part- Time Receptionist to join their team and the Holman family! This role is 3 days a week from 4pm - 7pm, and every other Saturday from 9am - 5pm. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for visiting customers, meeting and greeting them with courtesy and a high level of professionalism to create a friendly and premium-brand appearance. The role involves engaging customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately routing them to the service and parts businesses, while building strong relationships with customers and dealership employees. Maintaining a high and consistent level of premium-brand customer service and using premium-brand telephone techniques and etiquette are key. The Receptionist will also assist the Service Department in clerical duties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience.
  • Pleasant and engaging – must be able to project a ‘smile’ while speaking both in person and over the phone.
  • Proven outstanding customer service, preferably with a premium brand.
  • Listen and retain information accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
  • Team-oriented and flexible/multi-tasking.
