About The Position

Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation is hiring a part-time Receptionist for weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Receptionist supports facility operations and helps create a welcoming environment for visitors, residents, and callers. The role includes answering and directing calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing visitor identification badges, reporting suspicious persons or information, and distributing mail. Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls, determine their nature, and direct callers to the appropriate individual or department.
Maintain a current listing of critical residents and/or residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office and/or resident room.
Offer beverages to visitors waiting for administrative personnel, as appropriate.
Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in and out.
Report suspicious persons or information to a supervisor immediately.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed.
