About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to manage the needs of visitors, members, vendors, and employees in the lobby of the Corporate Office. The Receptionist will also support the Human Resources team with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Six (6) months of work history with experience in Customer Service and electronic communication.
  • Basic knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
  • Must possess mature judgment and have the ability and personality to meet the public.
  • Must be able to handle all information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to take on projects and handle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Must maintain a good working rapport with peers, members, vendors, and management.
  • Must comply with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors professionally. Assigns visitors a pass and contact the appropriate employee.
  • Answers all incoming communication (TEAMS, Outlook, desk telephone).
  • Answers general questions or transfers calls to the appropriate person/department.
  • Maintains lobby appearance, safety, and security.
  • Logs in packages and deliveries efficiently and timely. Notifies recipient.
  • Logs in checks and signs for contracts delivered by couriers.
  • Maintain mail station lockers.
  • Maintain and store HR department keys and access.
  • Assist with New Hire Onboarding activity.
  • Assists with inter-office mail and deliveries to and from Corporate.
  • Assists with documenting, logging and delivering check activity with stakeholders.
  • Coordinates e-cards for employee life events, (birthdays, and anniversaries).
  • Coordinates awards for corporate quarterly meetings.
  • Assists with branded logo inventory.
  • Assists with team member activity logistics at the corporate location.
  • Maintains HR department supplies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
