About The Position
City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is hiring a friendly Receptionist. You will be the face and voice of our facility on weekends. This role ensures a warm welcome for all visitors, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and basic computer proficiency.
- Dependable, punctual, compassionate, and highly organized.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors: Welcome families, vendors, and guests with a warm smile.
- Manage phones: Answer incoming calls and transfer them to correct departments.
- Screen guests: Follow facility check-in and security protocols for safety.
- Sort mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages daily.
- Support office: Perform light administrative tasks like copying and filing.
