Responsibilities
- Provide essential hands-on care and support to residents, helping them live with dignity and comfort.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and personal preferences are respected.
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Promote a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and families.
