Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• State-required Caregiver certification (if applicable)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to meet the physical demands of caregiving

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate overnight care
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and toileting
• Perform routine safety rounds
• Respond promptly to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and kindness
• Help create a safe and comfortable environment throughout the night
