This position is temporary and will last until September 30, 2026. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing program information to applicants. This role involves coordinating and performing administrative activities, supporting staff and clients by storing, retrieving, and integrating information, and relaying calls and messages professionally. A key responsibility is providing efficient intake services for the Community Pathways Program (CPP) via phone, face-to-face, or mail to determine program eligibility using 125% FPL standards. The role requires timely and accurate data entry into the CPP electronic system, proactive response to prevent disconnections within 48 hours, and verification of income. The Receptionist will also respond to applicant questions, assist with verification, carry out benefits processing, make referrals to partner programs, and work as a team member to ensure the efficient operation of the CPP program. Attendance at training and meetings, and performance of other assigned duties are also expected. Additionally, the role involves providing intake services for the Federal Poverty Level Income (FPL) program, following up with clients and partners, and maintaining accurate, confidential client files. Special projects and other related duties as assigned will also be part of the role.
