This is a temporary Receptionist position within the Community Pathways Program (CPP), scheduled to last until September 30, 2026. The role involves comprehensive administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing program information to applicants. Key responsibilities include coordinating administrative activities, managing information dissemination, and handling calls and messages professionally. The receptionist will conduct efficient, interactive intake services for CPP applicants via phone, face-to-face, or mail, determining program eligibility based on 125% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) standards. Other duties include timely and accurate entry of program applications into the electronic data system, proactive responses to prevent disconnections within 48 hours, income verification, assisting with benefits processing, and making referrals to partner programs. The role requires teamwork, attendance at training and meetings, and maintaining accurate, confidential client files for FPL cases, along with performing special projects as assigned.
