As part of the Corporate Services team, you will be part of a small (but mighty!) group of people who support all aspects of Tutera operations, both at the home office and in the field. You will be responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to office personnel. The Corporate Receptionist/Corporate Services Assistant position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including, but not limited to, supporting business office functions, assisting with filing and record keeping, taking calls on a multi-line phone, management of deliveries and mailings, supply inventory and ordering, providing concierge services for training and meeting rooms, assisting with vendor credit applications, and other administrative tasks to assist the Corporate Services department.
