Summary: Performs receptionist functions for assigned areas(s).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• AHCA Background Screening (AHCA) - State of Florida (FL)
• Requires critical thinking skills, multi-taking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to use computer and standard computer programs such as word and excel.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• No prior work experience required.

• Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery.
• Provides administrative support where needed.
• Process visitor passes for Contractors and Visitors after screening for COVID-19.
• Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information.
• Complies with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.
• Responsible for disbursement of resident funds and for the sales and reconciliation of lunch tickets.
• Receive and sort mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
• Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls.
• Provide COVID-19 Screening and completion of questionnaire as per visitation procedures/guidelines for visitors.
