About The Position

The Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and delivering exceptional guest service at the bars at our off-site restaurant. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all alcohol service regulations. Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required
• Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer
• Strong guest service and multitasking skills
• SERV Safe certification and bartender license required
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
• Bartender license for Wisconsin Dells area required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area
• Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and side work
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
