Requirements

Ability to answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
Ability to maintain a current listing of critical residents and/or residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition.
Ability to greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office and/or resident room.
Ability to offer beverages to visitors waiting for administrative personnel, as appropriate.
Ability to issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.
Ability to report suspicious persons/information to supervisor immediately.
Ability to receive, sort and distribute mail as directed.
