About The Position

No more front desk. No more phones. No more "how can I direct your call?" You already have the communication skills, the professional presence, and the ability to manage any room. We teach you the games. You bring the personality. And from day one of training, you're getting paid. $17-$23/hr + tips (base rate + guaranteed tip rate, and customer tips are unlimited!!) No casino experience needed. We'll train you.

Requirements

• Current or former receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative professional
• Polished communicator with a warm, professional on-camera presence
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
• Must complete a pre-employment background check
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
• Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Responsibilities

• Host live casino games on camera - Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Welcome and engage online players with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and run game rounds using trained procedures
• Keep the game moving with confidence and a polished on-camera presence
