About The Position

A.G. Rhodes Atlanta is seeking a Full-time Receptionist to join their team. The position is located near the Grant Park Historic District in Atlanta and offers an excellent healthcare administration opportunity. The role involves working Saturday through Wednesday during day shift hours.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience operating multiline telephone system
Working computer knowledge/proficiency with Microsoft Office
Superb customer service and communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills

Nice To Haves

1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
Experience working in a Person-Directed Care environment preferred

Responsibilities

Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; respond to inquiries or take accurate messages
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the organization’s scheduling system
Assist clients with checking in and out of kiosk system
Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry in accordance with organizational policies
Support administrative and clerical tasks while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
